Ballooning Fantastic is committed to providing you with total satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your  partyware,accessories,footwear or fancy dress costume  you may return them to us within 7 days of delivery in their original unused condition and with their original packaging.

Our return policy applies to the following situations:

• Partyware,accessories and footwear
• Your costume doesn't fit
• There’s a problem with your costume,partyware,accessories and footwear (damaged or defective) 

Before you return your costume,partyware,accessories and footwear, please e-mail or write us with the reason for the return. We will then reply to let you know your return authorisation code.

Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods or soil or launder them Ballooning Fantastic reserves the right not to accept the return.

Ballooning Fantastic will refund the full purchase price to you within 7 days of the receipt of your returned goods. We do not refund the original postal costs.
